Patricia Blais and Monique Lamoureux announce that they have become, as of today, the new owners of Avanti Groupe after having acquired all the shares of the company and its subsidiaries. Also, they will act as co-chairs of the group.
Patricia and Monic had already managed the company for over twenty years. This acquisition ensures the continuation of the group’s television and distribution activities.
The Avanti Stage division continues its activities of artist management and production of shows within a brand new entity which is now chaired by Nadia Dufour.
