When François ends their relationship, Amélie, a seemingly sound and young financial planner, goes berserk, losing all her dignity to rekindle her lost flame. Supported by faithful friends, Marilou and Mat, Amélie experiences all the stages of a heartbreak while keeping her mind on the ultimate prize; getting back the love of her life! In season two, Amélie returns home from six months in Toronto completely rejuvenated and decides to remain single for exactly one year. Losing oneself a second time for a man is out of the question! Her return proves a huge shock for François. He suddenly comes to his senses and seeks by all means possible to get back with his ex.
